July 4th - WBT 5K Run/walk event @ Stower Trail at 9:00am *Click here for event details **Race results here
July 4th - Due to WI DNR regulations, the turtle races have been canceled. All other activities at the YMCA Camp are still happening.
July 5th - Boat parade @ Noon - the parade route is on the North end of Wapo. Meet at North Bay of the YMCA Camp at 2:45, follow the band, go past Waterside & down to Breezy Point. **Click here to sign up for the parade. Contact Karen Ohm regarding the 4th of July events 715-268-5735
July 5th - Light up the Flag in Bear Trap, NE shore from atop the boathouse at 741 115th St (flag lighting at 8:30 followed by a canon salute and the National Anthem)
July 5th - Light up the Lake (lighting of flares at 9:45pm with fireworks launched from the Wapo Bible Camp to follow - rain date is 7/6). Get flares from your Trustee or at Mort's Marina. $3/flare
July 6th - Music in the Bay on WBT - East corner of Bear Trap 3:00-6:00
July 13th - Association meeting @ Y-Camp 8:30am **All are welcome!
July 13th - Balsam Lake Waterski Team Show in front of Waterside Bar & Grill 3:00pm
July 15th - Wapo Bible Camp Hackers & Wackers Golf Scramble @ Amery Golf Course
July 16th - Deadline to submit photo for the 2024 Lake Directory. Rules: photos should be in JPEG file, one photo per submitted email, limit of five photos per family per year, include name and mailing address, email photos to [email protected]
