Century family cottages on Wapogasset/Bear Trap
New this year, the Lake Association recognized 7 Century Family Cottages, families who have lived on Wapo/Bear Trap for 100 years! The Guanella family arrived in 1871, Hallquists in 1882, Boe family in 1912, Nelsons in 1915, Hawleys in 1921, Andersons in 1923 and Seidls in 1924. Family representatives gave a brief history of their arrivals and received a recognition plaque. Please contact the association if anyone was missed!
